Q: Do you have a retail store? 
A: No. We are fully based online for now. 

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Standard shipping within Singapore typically takes 2-3 business days. Please contact us for any Express Delivery or Same Day Delivery.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
A: We may be able to cancel or modify it for you if the order has yet to be processed. Please contact us as soon as possible to make any changes. 

Q: Can I exchange or refund?
A: We do not offer a 1-1 exchange for items purchased unless an item is incorrectly sent or defect product. All exchanges items must be in the unwashed and still in its original packaging. Please email us at sales@madeinlovekins.com with your Order ID.
